We offer delivery services throughout Nepal. Delivery charges may apply, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details.   

Shipping Costs 

Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order details. Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided to avoid delays or additional charges. 

Inside Kathmandu Valley: 

• Delivery Charge: NPR 100  

• Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days  

Outside Kathmandu Valley: 

• Delivery Charge: NPR 200  

• Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 7 business days (depending on location) 

Delivery Issues 

Customers must report any defective or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving their order. To request an exchange, please provide proof of purchase and contact us at [email protected]. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
