CeraVe Acne Control Gel – 40ml

CeraVe Acne Control Gel is a dermatologist-developed formula specifically designed for oily and acne-prone skin to treat existing acne and prevent future breakouts. This powerful yet gentle gel contains 2% salicylic acid (BHA) to exfoliate the pores and remove trapped oil, AHA (glycolic and lactic acids) to resurface the skin and improve texture, and 3 essential ceramides (1, 3, 6-II) to restore and maintain the skin’s natural barrier.

It also includes niacinamide to calm redness and inflammation, hyaluronic acid to provide hydration, zinc PCA to regulate sebum production, panthenol to soothe and repair the skin, and sodium hydroxide to maintain pH balance. Formulated to be non-comedogenic, fragrance-free, and free from drying alcohol, this gel ensures effective acne treatment without irritation or excessive dryness.

The combination of exfoliating acids and barrier-repairing ingredients helps clear blackheads and whiteheads while preventing new blemishes. Its gentle yet effective formula promotes smoother, healthier-looking skin, improving both clarity and overall texture. Caution: Avoid direct contact with eyes, and discontinue use if irritation or excessive redness occurs. Always follow up with sunscreen during the day, as AHA and BHA acids increase sun sensitivity.

How to Use:

1. Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying medication.
2. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily.
3. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.
4. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
